TID No. 9

TID No. 9was created in 2017 as a mixed-use district. It is located in the northwest portion of the Village encompassing the interchange at Interstate 90/94/39 and County Highway V and the lands surrounding it. The intention of this district is to induce economic development by providing improvements such as public infrastructure and business development incentives.

Major Improvements in TID No. 9

  • The improvements in this district so far include EVCO Plastics and Kwik Trip retail. The TID includes over 400 acres for additional development.
  • TID No. 9 started with a base value of $7,580,900. As new development occurs and property values change within the district, the increment value is updated each year. Please refer to the annual TID report for the most current increment value.
  • The expenditure deadline for this district is 2032 and the statutory closing date of this district is in 2037. Currently, TID No. 9 has several projects to complete but it is projected to close on time. These projects are dependent on development interest in the future.
