TID No. 8
TID No. 8 was created in 2017 as a mixed-use district. It is located in the southwest portion of the Village in the northwest quadrant of Interstate 90/94/39 and Wis. Highway 19. The intention of this district is to induce economic development by providing improvements such as public infrastructure and business development incentives.

- TID No. 8 started with a base value of $6,728,400 and currently has an incremental value of $54,600,200.
- The expenditure deadline for this district is 2032 and the statutory closing date of this district is in 2037. Currently, TID No. 8 has several projects to complete but it is projected to close on time. These projects are dependent on development interest in the future.
