The Village of DeForest is pleased to introduce the 2026 municipal budget process, a cornerstone of our commitment to transparency and community engagement. On July 1st, the Village of DeForest initiated its budget planning process with a kickoff presentation to the Village Board. This presentation also reviewed financial policies and goals, strategic items, defined roles and set expectations.
